Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

1. Individual subscriptions

• Cancel anytime. Cancelling stops billing for the next cycle; drill access stays active through the end of the paid period.
• 7-day low-usage guarantee. Full refund within 7 days of signup only if fewer than 5 drill sessions have been completed and no telemetry has been exported. After that, monthly fees are non-refundable.

2. Enterprise & team cohort plans

• 14-day evaluation window. Full refund within 14 days of workspace creation only if fewer than 20 team sessions have been completed across all seats and no department trend reports or data exports have been generated.
• Once department analytics or aggregated reporting is exported, all plan fees are non-refundable.
• Mid-cycle cancellations stay active until the end of the current term. No prorated refunds for removed seats or members who leave mid-cycle.

3. Annual commitments

A 14-day grace period from the first charge applies, subject to the low-usage limits above. Cancellations after 14 days take effect at the end of the annual term with no prorated refund.

How to request a refund

Workspace admins can request a refund from Billing inside WorkOptic. Every request is reviewed by Norbeck Technologies, which checks session counts and report exports before approving. Approved refunds end the subscription and close workspace access. Questions: sales@norbecktech.com.
